Your recordings are used to sell. We make that visible, and recoverable.
Visibility, evidence and recovery.
Full visibility
Per recording: which companies used it, on which platforms, when, and with what reach.
Cases prepared for you
Verified matches, sealed evidence and a usage assessment for every case.
Recovery handled
Specialist music rights lawyers across the EU assess and pursue each claim.
Your licensing remains yours
Our mandate covers enforcement of unlicensed commercial use online. Sync and all other licensing stay with you, and companies that settle can become licensees.
How a partnership starts.
nnuma works under an enforcement mandate from the rights owner. The first step is to show you what is happening with your catalogue.
Catalogue screening
We screen a selection of your catalogue and show you which brands are using it, and how.
Enforcement mandate
We agree scope, territory and terms, and you grant nnuma a mandate to act on your behalf.
Catalogue and rights data
Masters, metadata, ownership and existing licences, so licensed partners are never approached.
Monitoring and recovery
Continuous detection, regular reporting and recovery of compensation, case by case.
No cure, no pay.
Recovery typically takes up to twelve months. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Frequently asked.
Will you approach companies we work with?
No. Licences, partners and exclusions are checked before any case is opened, and you can exclude any company at any time.
Which uses do you pursue?
Commercial use only: advertising, a company's own content and sponsored creator content. Personal and fan use is out of scope.
How reliable is a match?
A match is a lead. It passes an independent second check and a human review against your master before it becomes a case.
What about publishing rights?
A master mandate covers the recording. Publishers hold the rights in the composition and can join a case under their own mandate.
How long is the agreement?
Twelve months, renewing automatically. Cases opened during the term continue until they are resolved.
